often times people are looking for a place to donate to throughout the year and especially during the holiday times, however it is difficult to find a charity truly in need. the sallie house, our county's only emergency foster care home for children, is the charity close to our hearts. this holiday season, we are looking for outdoor toy donations if anyone is interested in participating. they would include items such as:
sidewalk chalk
tricycles
bicycles
sandbox
sand toys
bubbles
bubble machine
parachute
big red cars
ride-ons
balls
baseball game
soccer game
toy trucks
scooters
helmets
outdoor game sets (ring toss, etc.)
outdoor blocks
if you are interested in participating, i would be more than happy to pick up the items you purchase or you could join me in delivering them to the sallie house to the children.
