well we almost did not make it, literally one minute before the whistle blew and train started going down the tracks, we jumped on. but it turned out great despite our panic to get aboard. if you have not visited the north pole aboard the polar express, you have to go. you leave and take a train ride on an open air car with carolers and hot chocolate (with a little kahlua kick for the mommies care of lucia) and arrive at the north pole. the elves help you make magic reindeer food and then the kids can go to the toy making tent to build with block, legos, and toy trains. then it is over to the fire pits to make some s'mores. YUMMY!! then it was over to see santa. owen was up first and i am not sure what he was asking for, but let's just say he was up there talking for a really, really long time. then wyatt jumped up and then grace. they all received a polar express bell. along the ride home, all the williams kids fell asleep on us and slept for the hour drive home. i just love december!

I wanted to do that with Averi! But they were booked! Looks like tons of fun! We'll have to go next year.
