friday night finally came. after MANY months of planning and effort, our school held it's annual art auction and social event. it was fun, however i have to say i am relieved to have it over with. my aunt donated 3 spectacular pieces to be auctioned off. here are two of them, "the asians" and "boat babies!" todd and i took responsibility of assisting owen's class in making their class piece, a hand-painted tile mirror called "poppies." wyatt's class did an insect piece that turned out nice, however i did not get a picture of that one. just waiting for my inbox to get an email annoucing an upcoming meeting to plan for next year's event...i know it is coming!
